By accessing daybreak-brief.com or subscribing to the Daybreak Brief newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Daybreak Brief is a paid subscription newsletter that delivers curated summaries of news in technology, finance, and geopolitics to subscribers every morning at 6 AM. We select and summarize content from publicly available third-party sources — we do not produce original reporting.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method at the applicable subscription rate each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by emailing contact@daybreak-brief.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive briefings until that date.
Daybreak Brief provides curated summaries for informational purposes only. Nothing in our briefings constitutes financial, legal, investment, or professional advice. We make no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of third-party content we summarise.
We are not responsible for any decisions made on the basis of content delivered through the service.
The Daybreak Brief name, logo, and original editorial content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell briefings without prior written permission. Summarised third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of this policy without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daybreak Brief and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on any content in our briefings.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We aim to deliver briefings every morning at 6 AM but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Technical issues, holidays, or exceptional circumstances may occasionally affect delivery. We will not issue refunds for isolated delivery failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Daybreak Brief operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
