PowerX Fuels Montenegro's Green Energy Revolution

PowerX, a Japanese energy storage company, has teamed up with Montenegro's national utility, EPCG, to work on battery energy storage systems. They've signed a Memorandum of Understanding aiming to add about 500 MWh of battery capacity over three years to help Montenegro reach its renewable energy goals and modernize its power grid.
